Prepaid Service Contracts
This contract covers any IT service for the period of hours purchased. Phone support is billed in 15 minute increments and subtracted from the time remaining on the contract. Remote administration is billed at the same rate as on-site service. Contracts expire annually or when all the hours have been used.


10 Hours of On-Site Service: $1080.00   Save 10%

20 Hours of On-Site Service:  $2000.00   Save 16%

30 Hours of On-Site Service:  $2850.00   Save 20% +

40 Hours of On-Site Service:  $3600.00   Save 25%


Standard Rates and Services
The standard services do not require any contract or pre-payment


Hourly On-Site:  $150.00/hr
Covers computer and networking service, support and troubleshooting.


Consultation: $75.00/hr
On-Site or Remote


Phone/Remote Support:  $37.50/15min
Covers all software and administration services
